Řízení

Představenstvo je řídícím orgánem společnosti Lhoist. Předsedá jí baron Berghmans a zahrnuje další rodinné i nerodinné příslušníky, kteří působí v různých průmyslových odvětvích po celém světě. 

Generální ředitel Marcos França má na starosti každodenní řízení společnosti Lhoist. V tom jej podporuje výkonný výbor skupiny.

  Jean-Pierre Berghmans se ke Skupině Lhoist připojil v roce 1974.  V roce 1979 byl jmenován Chief Executive Officer a členem představenstva, v roce 1985 předsedou představenstva a v roce 2011 prezidentem celé skupiny. Patří do čtvrté generace rodiny vlastníků.
