CV/resume SUBMISSION

Consider the position you are applying for and include all relevant skills, experience, training and qualifications.

ONLINE ASSESSMENT

Depending on local practice, you may be asked to take an online assessment in order to provide us with a clearer picture of how you would fit in with our culture and contribute in a specific role.

INTERVIEW WITH HR AND MANAGEMENT

It can be either a phone interview, or a face-to-face interview. First impressions count. If it is a face-to-face meeting, dress appropriately, be punctual and bring your CV /resume and cover letter with you in case you need to refer to them. If the interview takes place by phone, find a quiet place to take the call and speak clearly. In all cases, have good examples of relevant experience ready and expect to be asked why you think we should hire you.

It is always a two-way dialogue; you should also consider whether we are the right fit for you.

BACKGROUND AND MEDICAL CHECKS

Subject to local practice, we may need to run a series of checks before we can extend a job offer, following a positive outcome from the interview stage.
