Governance

Der Verwaltungsrat ist das oberste Führungsgremium bei Lhoist. Er wird von Baron Berghmans und Marcos França geleitet und umfasst weitere Mitglieder der Gruppe sowie externe Mitglieder, die in verschiedenen Branchen weltweit tätig sind.

Der Chief Executive Officer, Philipp Niemann, ist verantwortlich für die tägliche Verwaltung und wird unterstützt durch den Vorstand der Lhoist-Gruppe.

Baron Berghmans
Jean-Pierre Berghmans joined Lhoist in 1974. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member in 1979, Chairman of the Executive Board in 1985 and Chairman of the Group in 2011.
Marcos França
Marcos França joined Lhoist in 2003. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member in 2017.
