Governance

Der Verwaltungsrat ist das oberste Führungsgremium bei Lhoist. Er wird von Baron Berghmans geleitet und umfasst weitere Mitglieder der Gruppe sowie externe Mitglieder, die in verschiedenen Branchen weltweit tätig sind. 

Der Chief Executive Officer, Marcos França, ist verantwortlich für die tägliche Verwaltung und wird unterstützt durch den Vorstand der Lhoist-Gruppe.
