Neutral Kero Lime (NKL)

The R&D project Neutral Kero Lime combines two separate pilot experiments – one for CO₂ capture and one for CO₂ conversion with hydrogen (H2) to produce e-kerosene – together with a Life Cycle Assessment and supporting research conducted in Belgium.

The project runs from 2022 to 2026, and the partners, in addition to Lhoist, include are ENGIE, Laborelec, Fluxys, and the Universities of Liège and Mons. The total project cost is €3,15 million, of which €2,7 million is funded by Service Public de Wallonie.
