Junta Directiva

El Consejo de administración es el órgano de gobierno de Lhoist. Está presidido por Baron Berghmans y está compuesto por otros miembros de la familia, así como por miembros externos que desarrollan su actividad en diferentes sectores en todo el mundo.

El director ejecutivo, Marcos França, se encarga de la gestión diaria de Lhoist con el apoyo del Comité ejecutivo del grupo.
