Lhoist works with thousands of suppliers worldwide and seeks partners who align with our standards on human rights, labor practices, safety, integrity, and environmental responsibility. Our sustainable procurement approach optimizes total cost of ownership while integrating ethical, environmental, social, and safety criteria into purchasing decisions. Supplier qualification and selection include transparent sustainability assessments.
Circular procurement is central to this approach. By evaluating products and services across their entire lifecycle, we identify opportunities for reuse, regeneration, and restoration - helping close material and energy loops, extend equipment lifespan, and reduce resource consumption.
Circular solutions
At Lhoist, we help customers recycle and repurpose unvalorized materials from lime use, supporting their transition from a linear to a circular model. Through collaboration and innovation, we continue to unlock new circular opportunities across our value chain.
